Jennifer Brecht Brown- Jennifer Brecht Bowen is one of the most decorated players in the history of Sailfish volleyball. She was a four-time all-conference selection, leading the Sailfish to three consecutive conference championships from 1988-1990 and back-to-back conference tournament titles in her final two campaigns. She led the NCCAA in hitting percentage in each of her first two seasons and earned the Coaches Award during her junior season. During her senior year, she was the conference player of the year, District 2 Player of the Year, NCCAA all-American and NAIA District 25 Player of the Year. Bowen graduated from PBA in 1991 and is a bioremediation sampling coordinator for American Ordnance in Milan, Tenn. She coordinates efforts for sampling, removing, and treating explosive contaminated soils at the Milan Army Ammunition Plant. She also is a master's degree candidate in biological sciences at the University of Mississippi. Her husband, William Dalton, Sr., is an alumnus of the class of 1992 and is an attorney in Milan, Tenn. They have a son.
