WestGate Leadership is a leadership development program designed to prepare Palm Beach Atlantic student-athletes to lead with purpose, confidence, and impact. Through interactive sessions, personal mentorship, and real-world application, students will explore what it means to lead in every area of life—on campus, in their future careers, in their communities, and within their own families. WestGate isn't just about titles or achievements—it's about becoming a person of influence who leads with integrity and intentionality.
Each student accepted into the program will engage in a leadership journey that combines proven principles of character-driven leadership with biblical wisdom and personal development. Participants will define their values, discover their unique identity, and build the mindset and habits needed to lead themselves—and others—well. Along the way, they’ll be equipped with tools for communication, decision-making, and relational leadership that will serve them far beyond graduation.
