PBA Releases Track Schedule

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – The Palm Beach Atlantic men's and women's track teams released their schedule for the spring of 2023.

The teams have the same schedule for the spring which features seven meets. Five meets take place in Florida, and two take place in Tennessee. This is PBA's second track season under head coach Wes Penberthy.

PBA starts its track season on Feb. 18 at the UT Track Classic hosted by the University of Tampa. The Sailfish travel back to Tampa on March 3 for the UT Distance Classic. Two weeks later, the Sailfish face off against some NCAA Division I talent at the Black and Gold Invitational, hosted by the University of Central Florida on March 17.

After a two-week break, PBA goes to Embry-Riddle to compete in the Eagles' annual Spikes Classic on March 31. The Sailfish make their first trip to Lee University for the Flames Invitational on April 8. 

PBA competes in the North Florida East Coast Relays on April 28-29 before heading back to Tennessee for Lee's Last Chance Meet on May 13.

On the women's side, 800m program record holder Dune Costes returns for PBA. The Sailfish are boosted by Maddie Rodriguez, the SSC Runner of the Year during Cross Country season in the fall.
