HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – Palm Beach Atlantic women’s tennis picked up their third straight win on Friday morning with a sweep of Ashland University. The match wraps up the Sailfish’s stay in South Carolina.

PBA (6-5) shuffled up their lineup for the second straight match as only Romina Bolagay and Michaela Mignemi maintained their doubles partner against the Eagles (0-17). That duo played at number two and earned an 8-3 victory over Natalie Keron and Elizabeth Kidd. Valerie Nagovitcina paired with Maja Jovic and picked up an 8-5 win at the top spot with Taylor Conti and Dezi Bowman collecting an 8-2 win at number three.

In singles play, the only change was Florencia Roncatti being slotted in at number six. All she did with the opportunity was pick up a straight set, 6-1, 6-2, victory over Kaitlin Snider. PBA won all six singles matchs in straight sets over the Eagles.

PBA concludes their trip to South Carolina with a 4-2 record. They will return to the Mitch Gornto Tennis Center on Tuesday to host No. 43 Tarleton State at 3:30 p.m.
