Nationally Ranked Sharks Make Easy Work of Sailfish

DAVIE, Fla.- Ranked number nine in the latest NCAA Division II polls, the Nova Southeastern University women’s tennis team proved their worth on Saturday afternoon as the Sharks easily defeated Palm Beach Atlantic by a score of 9-0.

Freshman Montserrat Ripoll put forth the most intriguing performance of the day as she went three sets with the #40-ranked player in Division II Alexandra Korotkevich who finally defeated Ripoll 1-6, 6-3. 10-7.

PBA’s overall record drops to 9-8 on the season with the loss to NSU.
