WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Palm Beach Atlantic's softball doubleheader scheduled for Saturday against Ave Maria has been canceled following a recent health update on the Ave Maria campus.

The decision was made by higher-level university leadership at Palm Beach Atlantic in consultation with athletic department officials. The cancellation comes out of an abundance of caution with the health and safety of PBA student-athletes, coaches and the greater campus community as the top priority.

The Sailfish are scheduled to return to action on Feb. 20 against Florida Tech.
