NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – Rachel Delate of the Palm Beach Atlantic women's lacrosse team lands a spot on the 2025 IWLCA Senior All-Star Teams on the Blue Team under Head Coach Kelly Gallagher (University of Tampa). Delate becomes the first player in program history to garner this award.

Along with being named on the IWLCA Senior All-Star Team, Delate has been named a USA Lacrosse Women's All-American. This is the first time in program history a player has been named a USA Lacrosse Women's All-American. 

Thirty-six schools are represented in the USA Lacrosse Women's All-American list this year. USA Lacrosse All-Americans are selected by staff and contributors.

Delate just concluded her career with the Sailfish where she led in multiple categories and broke multiple records. She holds records for career goals per game (3.66), single season points (99), single season goals per game (3.81), single season goals (61), and single season assists (39). During the season, Delate led PBA in goals (61), assists (39), points (100), and shots (111).
