WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - The Palm Beach Atlantic women's lacrosse team had a lone individual honor as Rachel Delate was named to the all-Sunshine State Conference second team. 

Delate has left her mark on the PBA women's lacrosse program, recording her name in the record book in numerous different categories. She broke four single season records including points (99), goals per game (3.81), and goals (61). She also broken the career record for goals per game with 3.66. 

This season, Delate was seen netting 61 goals with 39 assists for a total of 100 points. She was also seen recording 32 ground balls and forcing nine caused turnovers. In her Sailfish career, she netted 110 goals with 53 assists for a total of 163 points. 

This is the second consecutive season that Delate has been named to an All-SSC team. Last season, Delate was also placed on the All-SSC second team. The Sailfish finished the 2025 season with a 6-10 overall record as they faced eight nationally ranked opponents.
