NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – Rachel Delate of the Palm Beach Atlantic women's lacrosse team lands a spot on the 2025 IWLCA South Region Second Team All-Region. Delate becomes the first player in program history to garner this award.

The IWLCA has honored 128 student-athletes in Division II with a selection to one of the All-Region teams for 2025. These student-athletes are now eligible to be named to a national IWLCA All-American team. The IWLCA will announce the Division II 2025All-American teams on May 21.

Delate just concluded her career with the Sailfish where she led in multiple categories and broke multiple records. She holds records for career goals per game (3.66), single season points (99), single season goals per game (3.81), single season goals (61), and single season assists (39). During the season, Delate led PBA in goals (61), assists (39), points (100), and shots (111).
