WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- The Palm Beach Atlantic softball team locked in their schedule for the 2026 season and released it on Wednesday afternoon. The Sailfish look to improve under first year head coach, Kasey Cox. PBA went 11-27 overall last season with a 5-25 record in conference play. Cox comes to PBA after spending the last two years as an assistant with Indian River State College.
The Sailfish open things up with a doubleheader against Keiser at home on Jan. 31. The following weekend, the Sailfish head to Chattanooga for a five game tournament over a span of three days. PBA returns home on Valentine's Day for a doubleheader with Ave Maria. The Sailfish open up conference play the following weekend against Florida Tech at Simpson Field.Â
The Sailfish begin a long run of non-conference play against Edward Waters, Flagler, Saginaw Valley State, Kutztown and Central Missouri. The Sailfish then head to The Spring Games in Melbourne, Fla. to take on Concordia-St. Paul, D'Youville, Minot State, St. Thomas Aquinas. PBA wraps up non-conference play a few weeks later with a doubleheader at Florida National on Apr. 6.
The Sailfish take on the majority of the ever tough SSC Schedule beginning on Mar. 13. PBA takes on Saint Leo, Nova Southeastern, Lynn, Florida Southern and Rollins on the road. Meanwhile, they welcome Florida Tech, Tampa, Eckerd, Barry and Embry-Riddle to Simpson Field.Â
The Sailfish return some key starters from last year's team such as
Larken Maseda,
Rylee Little,
Marli Szierer and a host of others. The Sailfish also welcome transfer Addy Berry and seven incoming freshmen.Â
