West Palm Beach, Fla. – Larken Maseda of the Palm Beach Atlantic softball team has earned a spot on the CSC Academic All District Team.

To be eligible, the student-athlete must meet athletic benchmarks. Position players will remain with the 90% played in or 66% started like the fall contests. For pitchers, eligible nominees need to pitch 25-plus innings or appear in 17 games as a pitcher. Academically, the student must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, posting a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 or better.

Maseda just completed her junior season with the PBA softball team where she started in 36 games this season. In 106 at bats, she posted a .226 batting average with 24 hits and 15 RBIs. She recorded 73 putouts and posted a .989 fielding percentage.
