WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – The Palm Beach Atlantic men's tennis team hosted the 2019 Sailfish Fall Invitational this weekend.
 
The team of Erik Carlsten and Rodolfo Hasegawa finished as the runner-up in the men's doubles second flight. The duo lost to Lynn 9-7 in a hard-fought championship match. In the same flight, Umberto Rosi and Philipp Hoffmann finished in sixth place. In the third doubles flight, Roberto Binaghi and Joao Vellosso finished in fourth place.
 
In singles competition, PBA's best showing came in the fifth flight where Carlsten finished as champion after defeating Athanasios Bilis from Saint Leo 3-6, 6-1, 11-9. Binaghi finished third in the same flight. Hoffmann had a third-place finish of his own in the second flight by defeating Robin Calais from Lynn, 6-2, 6-0.
