WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – The Palm Beach Atlantic cross country teams are preparing for their 2026 season as their men's and women's schedules have been released. Both teams compete in six races before the post-season begins, where the women's team defends their South Regional title.

The identical schedules start off Sep. 4 with a short trip south to Boca Raton's South County Regional Park for Keiser University's Flagship Invitational. After a two-week break, the teams take on the Florida State Pre-Regional meet in Tallahassee on Sep. 18. October opens with a look at the conference championship course where the teams race in the FLRunners.com Invitational in Lakeland. The following weekend the teams venture to Romeoville, Ill. for the Lewis Crossover on Oct. 10. Then, it's back to Lakeland where the teams race in the Ed Holloway XC Classic on Oct. 16. One last trip to close out the season takes place on Oct. 24 with the team traveling to Huntsville, Ala. for the UAH Charger invite and a preview of the regional championship course.  

The postseason begins later this season with the Sunshine State Conference meet in Lakeland, FL on Nov. 7. The NCAA South Regional championship will bring the teams back to Huntsville, AL on Nov. 21.

The men's squad is returning after a third-place finish at the SSC meet and a fifth-place finish at the South Regional. The women's squad is coming back from a second-place finish at the SSC meet and a first-place finish at the South Regional meet.
