ORLANDO, Fla. - Palm Beach Atlantic University had 81 student-athletes named to the 2025 Sunshine State Conference Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll. 20 Sailfish athletes between Men's and Women's Cross Country, Men's and Women's Soccer, and Volleyball finished the semester with a perfect 4.0 GPA. The awards were announced Tuesday, February 10th, by SSC Commissioner Chris Graham.
The Sunshine State Conference recognized a record 934 student-athletes named to the 2025 Fall Sunshine State Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll. A total of 259 student-athletes carried a perfect 4.00 grade-point average for the fall semester. It is the 13th consecutive record-breaking fall for the SSC Honor Roll.
Student-athletes must post a minimum grade-point average of 3.20 on a scale of 4.00 to be eligible for the Fall SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll. Participants in men's and women's cross country, men's and women's soccer, and volleyball were eligible for the fall honor roll.
Having won 136 Division II National Championships since the league was founded in 1975, SSC student-athletes have proven successful in competition in addition to the classroom. The SSC ranked first among NCAA Division II conferences in ASR (Academic Success Rate) for the third-straight year in 2024-25 and has never fallen below second in the metric's 19-year history.
