WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - The Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish Volleyball team is getting set for the 2026 season, announcing a competitive slate featuring 34 matches – including 17 home games for fans to come pack the Rubin.

Head Coach Jeff Huebner had this to say about this upcoming season.

"We are so excited to get started this fall! We worked incredibly hard to build a schedule that would challenge us in a way to take the next steps as a program and continue to grow into one of the top programs in the Sunshine State and NCAA Division Two. Being invited to the country's, most coveted D2 tournament was a good step forward for us along with hosting some of the top teams from the top conferences in the country in the bash this year."

Following two preseason invitationals, the Sailfish open the doors to the Rubin Arena for the annual Hyatt Place Bash at the Beach where they face UINDY, Fort Valley State, and Trevecca Nazarine. 

Sunshine State Conference play kicks off on September 15 as the Sailfish travel to Daytona to take on Embry-Riddle. The conference schedule promises plenty of action, with PBA facing all ten SSC opponents this fall both at home and on the road.

"Our conference, as always, will prepare us every day for an elite mindset, and excellent volleyball." adds Huebner.

The Sailfish had a very strong showing last season as the team finished third in the SSC, their best finish since placing second in 2017. This was the team's first top five finish in the conference since 2021. The team also qualified for the NCAA Tournament thanks to this strong regular season showing as this was the first time the 'Fish had reached the big dance since 2021.

Action officially starts on August 28 as the 'Fish travel to Davie to be a part of the NSU Shark Invitational.
