WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- Two student-athletes from Palm Beach Atlantic University were recognized for their hard work in the classroom and on the field as College Sports Communicators announced its Academic All-District teams. The 2026 Academic All-District Men's Track and Field/Cross Country teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. 

Aedan Lydon and Hayden Tank earned the honor of being named to the Division II CSC Academic All-District Men's Track and Field/Cross Country team, highlighting the continued success of PBA student-athletes both academically and athletically.

Both men contributed greatly to their team as Lydon would have consecutive top 15 finishes in the fall for Track and Field including a 13th place finish in the SSC Championships. His spring highlighted a top five finish at the UCF Black and Gold challenge in the 10k. Hayden Tank became a driving force in the men's cross country campaign as he would bring home top fifteen finishes on three seperate occasions, including a 3rd place finish in the Swan City Classic in the 6k race.

The CSC Academic All-District honor recognizes student-athletes who demonstrate high achievement in both academics and athletics. Nominees must meet minimum competition and GPA requirements to be eligible for consideration.
