ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.- The Palm Beach Atlantic men's golf team finished in 15th place this week at a rain filled Jay Jennison Cup. Justus Verge shot even par for the Sailfish over the 3 rounds to be their top finisher.

Justus Verge led the way for the Sailfish shooting 73, 72, and 71 for an even par score and a 17th place finish for the 54 hole tournament. Nick Estrada struggled over the first two rounds (74,75) with some out of character scores but battled back with a 68 in round 3 for a final score of +1 for the tournament and a 20th place finish.

Cole Gillis played well this week for the 'Fish. Gillis finished the tourney with a final score of +2 (73, 75, 70) and finished in 28th place. Aaron Dewitt shot 79, 76, 73 to finish at +12 and in 78th place. Raines Holmes struggled this week with scores of 82, 77, and 80. Holmes finished in 94th place with a final score of +23.

The Sailfish look to bounce back when they next return to the course at the Patriot Fall Classic hosted by Lander in Ninety Six, South Carolina on October 20th.
