MELBOURNE, Fla. – After battling through tough competition this past season, three players from the Palm Beach Atlantic men's lacrosse team were named to the All-Sunshine State Conference teams on Tuesday.
Curtis Goddard was named to the First Team while Keegan Southard and Ethan Storey were named to the Third Team.
Goddard becomes the first player to be named to First Team since Gunner Gebelein in the 2021 season. In Goddard's lone season with the Sailfish, he started every game and was seen netting 27 goals with eight assists for a total of 35 points. He also recorded 39 groundballs and forced nine caused turnovers. He led the teams in goals, points, and groundballs.
Storey led the defensive helm of the Sailfish, being placed on Third Team after completing his first season at PBA. Storey was seen starting in all eleven games, where he recorded twenty groundballs and forced 11 caused turnovers. Storey was a vocal defender who helped lead the Sailfish and was a force to be reckoned with on the field.
Southard made an impact in just his third season with the Sailfish, being placed on Third Team. This season, he started all eleven games and was seen netting 17 goals with nine assists for a total of 26
points. He also recorded 15 groundballs and forced two caused turnovers. So far in his Sailfish career, he has netted 40 goals with 18 assists for a total of 58 points. He has also recorded 34 groundballs and forced five caused turnovers.
Palm Beach Atlantic concluded their 2025 season with an overall record of 4-7 with an SSC record of 1-6.
