WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- The Palm Beach Atlantic men's tennis team dropped their matchup with the Rollins Tars on Saturday morning at the Rinker Athletic Campus. Milan Visontai earned the lone point for the Sailfish.
In the doubles session, Luis Eduardo Platas and Milon Visontai dropped their first position matchup by a score of 2-6. In the second position, Peter Dragar and Marko Visontai fell by the same score. In the final doubles matchup, Juanfer Contreras and Matthew Young lost 3-6.
Luis Eduardo Platas had a tight matchup in the first position but fell 6-7, 7-6, 0-1(6-10). Milan Visontai took his second position matchup 7-5, 1-0 after his opponent retired. Juanfer Contreras dropped his third position matchup 5-7, 6-1. In the fourth position, Kylian Coiteux got shutout 0-6, 0-6. In the fifth position, Imani Beharry lost 1-6, 0-6. Saidakbar Kamalov, playing in the sixth position, fell by a score of 1-6, 2-6.
The Sailfish men's tennis team returns to the court on April 1st when they host Keiser at 2 p.m. at the Mitch Gornto Tennis Center.
