WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- The Palm Beach Atlantic men's tennis team dropped their matchup with Keiser on Tuesday afternoon.
In the second position and first match to finish, Peter Dragar and Marko Visontai won their second position matchup 7-5. Noah Muyale and Saidakbar Kamalov almost clinched the doubles point but fell short in a tiebreaker 6-7(2-7). In the first position, Milan Visontai and Luis Eduardo Platas dropped their matchup 6-7 (3-7) in the matchup that decided the doubles point.
In the singles session, Luis Eduardo Platas dropped his first position matchup by a score of 1-6, 2-6. Milan Visontai, the next Sailfish to take the court, took the lone PBA win 7-5, 6-3. In the third position, Juanfer Contreras fell 2-6, 6-7 (3-7). In the fourth position, Peter Dragar retired. Marko Visontai pushed his opponent to the brink but fell 5-7, 7-5, 0-1 (8-10). In the sixth position, Matthew Young lost 0-6, 3-6.
The Sailfish men's tennis team returns to the court on April 12th against Saint Leo at the Mitch Gornto Tennis Center.
