WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Palm Beach Atlantic setter
Grace Reynolds has been selected to the AVCA first team all-region team and the D2CCA second team all-region team, the programs announced this week. The honors cap a standout season in which the senior ran one of the region's most efficient offenses and delivered consistent two-way production for the Sailfish.
Reynolds, who transferred to PBA for her fourth collegiate season, emerged immediately as the team's primary setter and a central piece of its postseason run. Season highlights her impact across all rotations, including a 48-assist, 16-dig double-double against Tampa on Oct. 26 and a 36-assist night against Lynn on Nov. 16. She also posted one of her most balanced performances of the year on Nov. 9 vs. Rollins, recording 28 assists, 8 digs, 5 blocks and a kill in a key late-season victory.
Throughout the season, Reynolds consistently guided the offense with high-assist outings, topping 30 assists in 10 different matches and added defensive stability with repeated multi-dig performances. Her ability to control tempo, distribute effectively and contribute at the net made her one of the most versatile setters in the South Region.
Today's awards add more accolades to Reynolds' season. She was named Setter of the Year in the Sunshine State Conference. She leads the Sailfish into a first-round regional match against West Florida on Thursday in Tampa.
