WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – The Palm Beach Atlantic volleyball team was ranked No. 4 in the NCAA South Region ranking release on Wednesday.
 
Today marks PBA's first appearance in the regional ranking since 2021. PBA sits behind fellow SSC foes, Tampa, Barry, and Lynn. Out of the 10 ranked teams, there are eight bids given to the NCAA Regional tournament. The Sailfish are seeking its first postseason berth since 2021.
 
PBA has won eight of its last 10 matches, sitting at an impressive 20-6 overall record and 10-5 in conference play. The 'Fish received 18 votes in this week's AVCA top-25 on Monday after a 3-0 week, including an upset over No. 2-ranked Barry. It marked PBA's biggest upset win since 2015.
 
The Sailfish look to continue their winning ways on the road this weekend. PBA plays Florida Tech on Friday at 7 p.m. before taking on Embry-Riddle on Saturday at 5 p.m.
