WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. - PBA secured their second win of the season this Wednesday against Eckerd 6-1. 

Senior Juan Fernandez and graduate student Roberto Binaghi were honored prior to the match for their dedication and talent that they brought to the team. Friends and family gathered from all around to cheer on the Sailfish as they matched up against their SSC opponent. 

In doubles play, Luis Eduardo Platas and Binaghi took down their opponents 6-4. On court two, Marko Visontai and Juanfer Contreras dropped their match 7-6 (7-4). Peter Drager and Matthew Young were able to secure the doubles point with a final score of 6-2. 

In singles play, Binaghi went into a super tie breaker and came up on top with a final score of 6-4, 1-6, 1-0 (10-7). On court two, Platas won his match 4-6, 6-1, 1-0 (10-5). Contreras cruised past his competition 6-3, 6-1. On court four, Axel Reich fell 6-4, 6-7 (3-7), while Vistontai took down his opponent 6-4, 6-2. Fernandez, playing sixth singles won 6-2, 6-3.
