MELBOURNE, Fla.- The Sunshine State Conference announced their All-Conference teams for the 2024 men's soccer season on Friday morning. The Palm Beach Atlantic men's soccer team had three representatives in the award voted on by the league's men's soccer coaches.
Narcis Bou Dalmau, Harry Gardner and Jake Strachan of the Sailfish were three of 33 SSC players recognized for their superb play this season.
Narcis Bou Dalmau was selected to the first team. Dalmau, a senior from Barcelona, Spain, started 13 games for the Sailfish this season. As a midfielder, Dalmau scored four goals and had five assists. He was also 2-2 on penalty kicks. Dalmau appeared on the third team All-SSC last season.
Harry Gardner was selected to the second team. Gardner, also a midfielder, had three goals and seven assists this season. The senior from Fleet, England was a key driver of the Sailfish offense with many possessions going through him. Gardner started in nine games and appeared in 12.
Jake Strachan, a key piece of the PBA defense, was selected to the third team. Strachan, a junior from Carnoustie, Scotland, started in all 15 games for the Sailfish and impressively played all 90 minutes in each game. Scoring two goals on the season, his stellar defensive work put him on the conference radar.
