WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- The Palm Beach Atlantic men's tennis team dropped its match to the Keiser Seahawks 6-1 at the Mitch Gornto Tennis Center. PBA fell to 4-6 all time versus Keiser. The Sailfish notched victories on doubles court one and singles court one.
In doubles court one,
Blake Williams and
Marko Visontai earned their first victory of the season over KU's Shaheed Alam and Christian Foss 6-4. The tandem of
Juan Fernandez and
Michal Precikowski were defeated 6-1. The PBA pair of
Kazuma Uematsu and
Osvaldo Sergio Godoy dropped their match 6-2.
Roberto Binaghi picked up his first singles win of the season on singles court one. The Italy native defeated Alam in three sets 3-6, 6-2, 10-7. This marked Binaghi's twelfth career singles win.
Luis Eduardo Platas fell 6-3, 6-2. Williams was defeated 6-3, 6-2.
Axel Reich dropped his match 6-3, 6-2. PBA freshman
Peter Drager made his third appearance in singles action for the 'Fish. Drager was defeated 6-2, 6-1.
Next, the Saifish travel to St. Augustine for a matchup against Flagler on Sunday, Feb. 16.
