ST. AUGUSTINE, FLA.- The Palm Beach Atlantic women's golf team placed 10th of 14 teams at the Flagler Fall Slam on Tuesday afternoon. The Sailfish have concluded all of their matches for the fall and will not be back in action until early February. 

Flagler University was the host and the winner of the tournament. As a team they shot 585 for two rounds and were +9 to par. Seminole State (Fla.) and Nova Southeastern took second and third place for the tournament and were only seven strokes away from tying. Daytona State and Embry-Riddle rounded out the top 5 finishing in a tie with a score of 605 for the two rounds.

Some notable performers for the 'Fish include Skye Bruan, who finished 30th for the tournament but had an outstanding day one finishing in 14th. The Florida native shot a season best 75 in round one and finished with 156 for the tournament. Another notable Sailfish performer, Nina Gudgeon, who finished in 36th and shot just two strokes shy of Bruan at 158. The two have been consistent as top finishers for PBA all season. Sophomore Annika Miller stayed within the top 50 finishers after placing in 46th as well and has also been one of the most consistent finishers for the 'Fish this fall. 

That's a wrap for the fall portion of the season for the Palm Beach Atlantic women's golf team and they will be back at Flagler for the Slam & Squire on February 5, 2024.
