WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - The Palm Beach Atlantic women's basketball team has released its schedule for the upcoming 2022-23 season. The Sailfish will play a 28-game schedule that includes 15 home games at Rubin Arena. 

The Sailfish open their season with a home stand, hosting the Gulf South Conference and Sunshine State Conference Crossover Tournament. PBA's first game of the season is Nov. 11 against West Florida followed by Valdosta State the following day. The 'Fish face off at home against Florida National before opening SSC play by traveling to Florida Southern on the 16th. 

PBA is busy during the Thanksgiving break, heading to Fort Lauderdale to face off against Purdue Northwest and Minnesota Crookston on Nov. 25 and 26 and then returning home to face on the 30th. Outside of the 20 SSC slate that will see the 'Fish play a home and away game with every team in the league, the Sailfish will have non-conference games remaining with Johnson, Shaw, and Texas A&M International mixed in throughout mid-December. 

Defending SSC regular-season champions Tampa come to Rubin Arena on Feb. 4 along with top-3 sides from last season Florida Southern on Jan. 25 and Eckerd on Jan. 1. The Sailfish have their home finale and senior night on Feb. 18 against Barry and close out their regular season on Feb. 25 against Rollins. 

The Sailfish have plenty of new faces this season as they brought in seven new players ahead of the 2022-23 season. They also return three of their five leading scorers from last year's team that went 3-17 in SSC play including Kash Ayuso who was tied for the team lead with 11.8 ppg.
