WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- Anabel Ellison has been named to the All-SSC Second Team, the Sunshine State Conference announced this afternoon, recognizing the standout guard for her exceptional play during the 2025-26 season. The teams are voted on by the league's coaches.
Ellison turned in a stellar campaign for Palm Beach Atlantic University, emerging as one of the league's most consistent and dynamic performers. She averaged 15.8 points per game while shooting 44 percent from the field and 38 percent from beyond the arc, ranking among the SSC leaders in scoring and three-point percentage.
Ellison scored a career-high 27 points in two different games this season. First, in an overtime win at Lynn. She matched the total in the SSC quarterfinal round at Nova Southeastern. That performance at Nova saw her eclipse 1,000 career points as well.
In addition to her scoring prowess, Ellison filled up the stat sheet with 4.6 rebounds and 3.9 assists per contest, proving to be a versatile presence on both ends of the floor. She scored in double figures in 22 games this season, including eight performances of 20 or more points. Ellison also played well on the defensive end of the floor earning multiple SSC defensive player of the week honors this season, highlighted by a nine steal performance against Barry on Jan. 28.
This marks Ellison's second career All-SSC selection after being named to the All-SSC defensive team last season. Ellison has earned SSC weekly honors five times in her career.
