FSC swept doubles competition to take a 1-0 lead. PBA's
Jorge Santamaria and
Luis Eduardo Platas dropped their match at No. 2 doubles, 4-6.
Philipp Hoffmann and
Blake Williams lost their match at No. 3 doubles, 2-6 to clinch the doubles point for the Mocs.
Erik Carlsten and
Rodolfo Hasegawa pushed their competition to the limit at No. 1 doubles, but lost 7-5.

Roberto Binaghi dropped his match at No. 4 singles, 1-6, 4-6. Hoffmann helped the 'Fish avoid the shutout by earned the win at No. 3 singles, 6-4, 6-2. Santamaria dropped a close match at No. 2 singles, 5-7, 5-7. PBA ended the match on a high note when Hasegawa won his match at No. 6 singles, 4-6, 6-3, 6-4.
The Sailfish travel to Eckerd next Saturday, March 20. The match is scheduled to take place at 1 p.m.
