DADE CITY, Fla. - Palm Beach Atlantic men's golf team finished seventh at the Saint Leo Invitational on Tuesday afternoon. The host team and fellow Sunshine State Conference Saint Leo finished as the number one team of the tournament. Keiser University finished second and Nova Southeastern came in third.

Martin Westerlund was the top performer for the Sailfish finishing sixth overall with a final stroke total of 215 putting him at one under for the tournament. Westerlund shot an even par at 72 on his first round before going one over to complete the first day. In his final round on Tuesday Westerlund shot a 70 putting him two under on the day and one under overall. 

Ben Clarke was the next best finisher for the 'Fish as he ended with 226 strokes putting him 10 over for the tournament and placing him tied for 31st. Clarke's best round was his opening round when he shot a 73. Grant Horvat and William Hartford both finished 15 over par putting them tied for 46th.

Diego Buttironi rounded out the scoring for the Sailfish finishing tied for 58th. Justin Guilford participated as an individual for PBA and finished tied for 71st overall. 

The Sailfish have a quick turnaround as they compete in the Panther Invitational starting Sunday, Mar. 1 and going through Tuesday, Mar. 3. The invitational will be held in Viera, Fla. and hosted by Florida Tech.
