Austin was hired in the Winter of 2025 to be the Head Assistant Coach for the Sailfish. Evans, a Maryland native is a Sailfish Lacrosse alumni, who joined the program in 2020 after two seasons at CBCC Essex.

In his time as a player for the Sailfish, he scored 45 goals and racked up 23 assists, making the most of his time here despite having two seasons shortened due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Austin graduated from PBA in 2022 with a major in Business.
