Continued his role as the team's starting first-baseman while spending most of the season as the number three hitter in the lineup... Started all 46 games while finishing fourth on the team in at-bats with 175... Registered a .286 batting average, a .474 slugging percentage, and a .366 on-base percentage... Totaled 50 total hits with 12 doubles, while tying for the team-lead with seven homeruns and also driving in 30 runs... Tied for the team-lead with 21 walks while bing hit by a pitch three times.

2008 (Sophomore)
Established himself as one of the top hitters on the team while appearing as a first-baseman and designated-hitter... Appeared in 48 of the team's 49 games while drawing 47 starts... Registered a .326 batting average, good for second on the team, in 184 at-bats... Had 60 total hits including 13 doubles and seven homeruns with 33 runs driven in and 38 runs scored... Drew 18 walks while being hit by a pitch four times.

2007 (Freshman)
Broke onto the scene making an immediate impact as a true freshman with his bat... Started 49 of the team's 51 games while finishing third on the team in batting average with a .308 mark in 182 at-bats... Scored 27 runs while registering 56 hits including 10 doubles, one triple, and three homeruns... Drove in 26 runs while drawing 21 walks and being hit by a pitch four times.
