Chose PBA because he knew the school had a great ministry program and an up-and-coming baseball program which he could be involved in. Also feels God led him here... Favorite verse is Romans 1:16... Favorite teams are the Atlanta Braves and the Florida Gators... Favorite athlete is Ken Griffey Jr... Son of Cecil and Barbara Walker... Has two siblings, Liz and Eric.

Attended Cocoa High School where he played under coaches Jarson Arnold and Chuck Golfarb... Named Cape Coast Conference 1st-Team after his senior season... Honored with a spot on the High School Seniors North All-Star Team.
