Johnnie threw 43 innings on his first season with the Sailfish, spending time in the weekend rotation as well as time in the back-end of the bullpen … struck out 50 batters while holding opponents to a .213 batting average … allowed just one hit in 6.1 innings against Embry-Riddle while striking out nine hitters in a no-decision … picked up his first of three saves on the season against Lynn on Feb. 13 at Roger Dean Stadium, as he threw two hitless innings, striking out four batters … picked up a win against No. 18 Catawba on the road on Feb. 9 throwing five innings and allowing one run.
