PERSONAL
Born May 1st, 1992... Majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education... Aspires to become an elementary teacher... Chose PBA to experience Florida and continue playing baseball... Favorite versie is: Matthew 19:26... Favorite team is the Atlanta Braves... Favorite athlete is Chipper Jones... Son of Glen and Karen Buchko... Has one younger sister: Jenna.

2014 (Senior)
Followed up his tremendous junior campaign with a solid senior season, starting in 47 games for Palm Beach Atlantic... Spent most of his time as the Designated Hitter, while also playing catcher in 13 games... Finished the year with a .308 batting average with a team-high 39 RBI, 11 doubles, and four home runs... Also led the team in walks with 26... Named to the ICAA First Team for the second consecutive season... Put together an 11-game hit streak from February 15th to March 7th... Had 15 multi-hit games on the season, including a four-hit performance on the road against Saint Leo University on March 1st... Registered 10 multi-RBI games as well, including five in that same March 1st contest against Saint Leo... Went 2-for-3 with four RBI, three runs scored, a home run and a double against Barry University on April 11th... Had a 2-for-4 performance with a home run and three RBI against Assumption College on March 13th... Hit a home run on the way to a 4-for-5 day against Saint Leo on March 1st, where he also drove home five runs and scored twice.

2013 (Junior)
Established himself as one of the most feared hitters in the South Region... Finished the year with a team-high .367 batting average, while also leading the team in doubles (15), total bases (88), slugging percentage (.530), and tied for the lead in home runs (4)... Started 44 out of the 49 games he saw action in... Both knocked in and scored 32 runs as the Sailfish primary catcher, while also drawing 26 walks, good for fourth on the team... Finished with 61 total hits, second-best on the team... Honored as a First Team NCCAA All-American as well as the NCCAA South Region Player of the Year... Earned a spot on the Daktronics All-Region second team... Also named the ICAA Player of the Year... Strung together a terrific final month of the season, which included a 15-game hitting streak, all four of his home runs, and 15 of his RBI... Had 19 total multi-hit games, including six three-hit ballgames... Went 2-for-4 with a home run in the PBA victory over Tampa on April 12th... Had two, multi-double games; one against Florida Memorial on February 5th, and the other against Northwood on April 16th...Single-handedly took down Nova Southeastern on February 26th, going 3-for-3 with a double and three runs driven in.

PREVIOUS COLLEGE
Attended Cecil College where he competed on the baseball team... Named to the All-Conference first-team.

HIGH SCHOOL
Competed in baseball for coaches Jeff Ream and Jack Merrifield at Hempfield High School... Chosen to the All-League first team... Named to the Distinguished Honor Roll.
