Jonathon Wake joined the Sailfish as an assistant coach for the 2022 baseball season. Wake, a native of Lake Worth, Fla., is a graduate of Lynn University where he played four years on the Fighting Knights baseball team and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management in 2018. He worked as the pitching and strength coach at Cardinal Newman High School the past two seasons and a pitching coach for the Delray Beach Lightning in the South Florida Collegiate Baseball League.
