Born on November 17th, 1992... Majoring in Business Management... Aspires to play professional baseball... Chose PBA for the opportunity to play in Florida... Favorite verse is Mark 9:23... Favorite team is the New York  Yankees... Favorite athlete is Giancarlo Stanton... Son of Hipolito Vazquez and Catherine Vazquez... Has three siblings: Christina, Arianna and Javier.

2015 (Senior)
Battled through an injury-plagued final year to provide a force in the middle of the Sailfish order... Started in all 31 games that he played, turning in a batting average of .333 while driving in and scoring 21 runs, smacking 15 doubles, a triple, and a home run... His 15 doubles and .504 slugging percentage were both good for second on the team even with 25 fewer games played... Turned in 10 multi-hit games on the season, including a stretch of three straight three-hit games... Notched a career-best 5-for-7 game with three RBIs, two doubles and a run scored against Eckerd College on March 7th... Drove home a season-high four runs in a 3-for-5 performance against Barry University on February 20th... Scored a season-high three runs in a 3-for-4 game against Embry-Riddle University on February 10th... Saved his best for last as he went 8-for-19 with three doubles, a triple, and six runs scored over five games at the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) World Series, including three multi-hit games... Went 3-for-4 with two doubles, two RBIs and two runs scored in an elimination game victory over Toccoa Falls at the NCCAA World Series... Finished his PBA career with a 2-for-3 game against Lee University in the NCCAA National Semi-Final.

2014 (Junior)
Provided the Sailfish with pop in the middle of the order for the whole season... Started in 41 of the 44 games that he played in for PBA... Led the team in home runs with five while turning in a batting average of .306 and slugging percentage of .500... Was second on the team in doubles with 14 and was third on the team in runs batted in with 27...  Honored with a spot on the Idependents Collegiate Athletic Association (ICAA) First Team... Registered 15 multi-hit games, drove in multiple runs on seven occasions, and scored multiple runs six times... Homered in back-to-back games against Saint Leo on March 1st and Barry on March 4th... Went 3-for-4 with a run scored on March 11th against Florida Tech... Tallied another three-hit performance against the University of Tampa on April 4th, scoring twice and driving in a run with a double... Launched two doubles and drove in three runs against Barry University on April 11th.

2013 (Sophomore)
Transferred in at the semester break and made an immediate impact for the Sailfish in the outfield... Missed nearly a month of the season due to injury... Finished the year with a .270 batting average with a .394 on-base percentage, 25 runs scored, 25 runs batted in, and nine doubles... Collected nine multi-hit and six multi-RBI games during the year... Went 0-for-1 with five walks and five runs scored against Florida Memorial on March 26th... Gathered three hits in five at-bats with two doubles, three runs scored, and two runs driven in against Barry University on May 4th... Touched up LIU-Post with a 4-for-4 showing, scoring two runs and driving in three on March 12th.

Played two seasons at NCAA Division I, Rutgers University including one redshirt season.

HIGH SCHOOL
Competed in baseball at JFK Memorial High School for head coach Jerry Smith... Named All-State, All-Area, All-Group, All-County and All-Division.
