PERSONAL
Born April 12th, 1991... Majoring in Business Management... Aspires to work in major league baseball... Chose PBA because of the location and the baseball program... Favorite team is the Boston Red Sox... Favorite athlete is Johan Santana... Son of Jose De Moya and Jacqueline Gonzalez... Has one sibling, Jose Oscar De Moya.

2013 (Senior)
Capped off his four year career with a fine senior season that was cut short by injury... Finished the season with a 2-1 record in 11 appearances while making two starts... Struck out 16 batters and walked seven... Picked up the win as a starter against LIU-Post, tossing six innings of shutout baseball, striking out three and walking none... Came on for the final out against Eckerd College on senior day and recorded a strikeout to end his career.

2012 (Junior)
Filled the role of middle-to-long reliever as a left-hander out of the bullpen... Appeared in 13 games while making one start on the season... Logged 19 innings of work while producing a 1-1 overall record with one save... Struck out 16 batters with 12 walks... Tossed a season-high of four innings versus Eckerd College on May 4th, 2012... Struck out a season-high of three batters twice, once against Florida Memorial University on February 21st, 2012 and again at Lynn University on March 16th, 2012.

2011 (Sophomore)
Stepped up and filled the team's need for a closer while proving to be an asset in mutiple-innings situations as a reliable left-hander... Appeared in a team-high 19 games, all out of the bullpen... Led the team in saves with seven while tying for the team-high honors in wins with five... Finished 5-1 on the season while logging 32.1 innings and posting a team-best 2.51 earned-run average... Produced 39 strikeouts and walked only 14 batters while limiting the opponent to a team-best .191 batting average... Tossed a season-high of five innings with seven strikeouts against Limestone College on February 19th, 2011 and did not allow a run.

2010 (Freshman)
Filled many different roles as a true freshman including situational left-hander, long relief, and occasional lefty starter...  Appeared in 12 games including three starting assignments... Logged 25.2 innings on the season while finishing with a 3-2 record and a 5.96 earned-run average... Hitters managed a .274 batting average against while he registered 19 strikeouts and 17 walks for the season... Produced his first victory in his first start in a 12-3 Sailfish win over Northwood University with five innings including five strikeouts on February 26th, 2010... Tallied another victory over Lynn University on March 27th, 2010 with a five inning stint in a 17-10 Sailfish win.

HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Lux Mundi High School where he competed in baseball for head coach Jose Capellan... Named the 2009 and 2008 Pitcher of the Year for the RBI Santo Domingo League.
