WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- Palm Beach Atlantic University has announced the hiring of Faith Hammond as its new Coordinator for Athletics and Recreational Facilities and Operations. 

Hammond joins the Sailfish after building a diverse background in collegiate athletics. Most recently, Hammond served at Lancaster Bible College in multiple roles, including as the Women's Beach Volleyball Head Coach and Athletic Administrative Graduate Assistant. 

Her experience extends beyond collegiate administration, having coached high school girl's basketball at Milton Hershey School while also gaining event and tournament experience through positions with All Star Outfitters, the USA Olympic Gymnastics Trials and the NCAA Division II Men's Golf Championship at PGA Golf Club. 

A former multi-sport student-athlete at Lancaster Bible College, Hammond competed in women's volleyball, women's basketball, beach volleyball and flag football. She also held leadership positions as president of both the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and the Sport Management Student Association. 

Hammond earned her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Lancaster Bible College in 2024 and completed her Master of Sport Science in Sport Management in 2026.
