WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Palm Beach Atlantic athletics has announced the hiring of Emma Taylor as Coordinator for Athletics and Recreational Facilities and Operations.

Taylor joins the Sailfish with collegiate athletics operations experience spanning multiple sports and championship-level events. She most recently served as a graduate assistant in athletic facilities and events at Liberty University, where she played a central role in game operations, staffing and large-scale event logistics.

"I'm excited to add Emma to our team," PBA Assistant AD for Athletics and Recreational Facilities and Operations said. "Her energy, knowledge, and experience with game day operations and facilities align perfectly with our vision and we can't wait to see how she helps elevate PBA's overall student-athlete and gameday experience,

In her role at Liberty, Taylor led game operations for field hockey and lacrosse home competitions and assisted with football operations, including facility readiness, staffing coordination and event execution. She also developed and managed a student worker system of more than 20 staff members, overseeing scheduling, training and sport assignments to ensure consistency and efficiency across events.

"PBA Athletics has a great culture, and I am so excited to work alongside coaches and staff to help support our teams and student-athletes in every way possible," Taylor said.

In 2025, Taylor contributed to the preparation and execution of several postseason events, including NCAA Golf Regionals, the ASUN Lacrosse Tournament, the CUSA Baseball Championship, and the Big East Field Hockey Championship.

Prior to her graduate assistant appointment, Taylor worked as a student worker in Liberty's athletic facilities and events department from 2022–24, supporting operations for football, volleyball, basketball and softball. She earned increased responsibilities within the department based on her initiative, reliability and leadership.

Taylor also gained Division I experience as an athletics intern at Cal State Long Beach, where she managed NCAA travel documentation, conducted audits and compiled financial reports for the athletics department.

Taylor earned her bachelor's degree in sport management from Liberty University in May 2024 and is currently pursuing a master's degree in sport administration, with an anticipated graduation date of May 2026.

She is a member of the Collegiate Events and Facilities Management Association and has attended the NACDA Convention as part of the CEFMA track. Taylor has also participated in professional development site visits through Uncommon Sports Group.
