West Palm Beach, Fla. – Palm Beach Atlantic University Director of Athletics,
Courtney Lovely Evans, has announced the appointment of
Anthony Monaco as the new head men's golf coach.

Anthony Monaco to PBA," Lovely Evans said. "He brings a faith-driven leadership style that aligns perfectly with our mission of developing Christian game changers in addition to his passion for serving student-athletes and a winning track record."
Monaco brings a wealth of experience and a record of program-building success to the Sailfish. Most recently, he led the Missouri S&T Miners as head men's golf coach, where he helped elevate the program to new competitive heights in the Great Lakes Valley Conference, including the first GLVC conference championship in program history and a berth to the NCAA Division II national championship.

Prior to Missouri S&T, Monaco served as director of golf at NCAA Division III Maryville College, coaching both the men's and women's teams and becoming the winningest coach in program history, guiding the men's team to its highest national ranking in program history. He also spent time at Urbana University, guiding the men's team to record-breaking finishes and a strong academic culture.
Monaco graduated with a degree in history from Northern Kentucky where he played basketball for the Norse.
