WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Palm Beach Atlantic (5-0, 1-0 Sunshine State) secured a decisive 88-54 victory over Emmanuel (GA) (1-5, 1-1 Conference Carolinas) at Rubin Arena on Friday night.
The Sailfish dominated in the paint, scoring 50 points in the paint while also recording 12 steals and 9 blocks. This game marked the third consecutive game scoring at least 88 total points, putting on an offensive showcase.
Preston Le Gassick scored 23 points, connecting on four 3-pointers and adding a season-high eight rebounds, while also recording two steals.
Alvin Tumblin Jr. contributed with a season-high of 15 points, making 7 of 10 field goals, and blocked two shots.
Dante DePante recorded seven assists and three steals.
Christian Kirkland posted six points and anchored the defense with three blocks and three steals.
Blake Wilson added 11 points and five rebounds off the bench.
The game began with PBA taking control early, sparked by
