WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.- The Palm Beach Atlantic men's soccer team stayed put in the No. 1 spot in the second NCAA super-region rankings released on Wednesday afternoon. PBA appeared in the rankings last week for the first time since 2022. The Sailfish maintain their ranking after defeating Florida Southern 1-0 in double overtime on Monday night.

The Sunshine State Conference is well represented in the rankings with Lynn and Florida Tech rounding out the top 3. Nova Southeastern comes in at the number four spot and Rollins in sixth. The Sailfish, Lynn, Florida Tech, and Rollins all won their quarterfinal match-ups and advanced to the SSC Semifinals. 

The Sailfish continue their postseason run on Thursday evening when they host Rollins at 6 p.m. at the Rinker Athletic Campus. The Sailfish took on the Tars on the final match day of the season after already wrapping up the top seed in the conference tournament and the SSC regular season title. The Tars led for much of the match after an early first half goal but Juan Hermoso tied the match with just under two minutes to go with a screaming valley that pinged off the crossbar and over the goal line.
