MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. - The Sailfish headed south this Saturday morning, to race at St. Thomas University against Nova Southeastern, St. Thomas, Barry, and Florida National. The 'Fish raced three guys individually this morning, making them ineligible for a team placement. 

Michael Kirwan led the 'Fish in the 8k race with a time of 29:28.6 putting him in tenth place. Miles Kennedy made a time of 30:17.7 placing him in 18th, and Scott Richards finished 31st with a time of 32:46.4. Fellow Sunshine State Conference members, Nova Southeastern and Barry, finished first and fourth respectively.
