ORLANDO, Fla. -- Earlier today, the Palm Beach Atlantic women's golf team just completed the Peggy Kirk Bell Invitational. The tournament was hosted by fellow Sunshine State Conference member Rollins College and featured 13 teams. Celia Schrecker would be the second highest finish, earning a tie for 36th place.
Maria Hoyos from Lynn University would be the winner of the 36 hole competition with a final score of -1. The Fighting Knights would also come away as overall team winners with three of their golfers finishing in the top 10.
For PBA, both
Mackenzie McCormack and
Skye Bruen would end the tournament in a tie for 48th place and
Emme Lantis would finish in a tie for 64th.
