Box Score TAMPA, Fla.- The Palm Beach Atlantic men's lacrosse team dropped an SSC game to the No. 6 Tampa Spartans 19-4.
Hunter Lizza distributed his fourth assist of the season with 9:50 left in the first quarter. Lizza connected with
Hunter Hopman. The South Carolina native ripped a shot from the perimeter for his 38th career goal.
Joshua Turner launched a shot and scored his third goal of the season with 6:09 left in the second quarter.
Caleb Southard scored his ninth goal of the season for the 'Fish. Southard ran towards the net and scored off a backhand shot with 6:30 left in the third quarter. PBA's fourth and final goal came from
Sarver Adams. The PBA freshman scored his sixth goal of the season with 10:30 left in the game.
Defensively,
Christian Bond and
Dylan Hunt caused two turnovers and picked up one ground ball each. The Spartans outshot the Sailfish 50-32 and won the faceoff battle 20-7.
