WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Palm Beach Atlantic men's soccer picked up a road win on Tuesday afternoon, defeating cross-town foe Keiser by a final score of 3-1. The 'Fish improve to 7-0 in road matches and 14-1 overall.
PBA withstood a scare in the first minute before settling in and scoring twice before halftime. The Seahawks were awarded a penalty kick inside the first minute of action but Patrick Seuffert was up to the task as he turned away the attempt from Sebastian Espino.
In the 18th minute Alex Stoiljkovic put PBA up 1-0 as he scored for the third time this season. Less than three minutes later it was Cadu Cusatis with his fourth goal of the year to give the Sailfish a 2-0 advantage at the break.
Drew Fulmer added his first career goal in the 54th minute of play as the redshirt freshman finally broke through after tallying five assists so far this season.
Seuffert made his second start of the season in goal and made three saves for the 'Fish.
The Sailfish moved up one spot to No. 3 in the latest United Soccer Coaches Top-25 this week. The poll was released during the match with Keiser.
PBA is back in action on Saturday as they host Florida Southern in their final Sunshine State Conference home match of the season. The 'Fish will honor their seniors as well.
