Figura joined the Sailfish staff as an assistant athletic trainer before the 2022-23 school year. He came to PBA originally in 2017 and was a member of the Sailfish men's lacrosse team. During his playing career, Figura started 40 of the 47 games he played, scoring 57 goals and recording 20 assists. He graduated with a degree in Athletic Training with a minor in Exercise Science. Figura was named three times to the SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll and named to the President's List for having a perfect 4.0 GPA in his final semester. He has work experience at the JFK Medical Center, and as an athletic trainer for the Florida Atlantic football team and numerous PBA teams during his time with the Sailfish.
