Thomas Dietz joined PBA at the beginning of the 2023-24 academic year as the Coordinator of Facilities and Operations of the Sailfish athletic department.

Prior to his time with the Sailfish, Dietz studied at Western Michigan where he earned his degree in Sports Management before moving on to Charleston Southern where he received his Masters in Management. He worked with both schools athletic and recreation departments during his time as a student.
