Michelle Menard was named PBA's athletic training administrator in August of 2023. She primarily handles administrative responsibilities within the athletic training department including billing, insurance, scheduling, and documentation.
Menard was named the director of student-athlete wellness in addition to her responsibilities as head athletic trainer, joining PBA's senior leadership team in 2021. She was promoted to head athletic trainer in January 2019. In her promotion she oversees the care and safety of all 18 Sailfish athletic programs as well as overseeing a staff of two assistant athletic trainers and three athletic training interns.
Menard returned to PBA in the fall of 2017 after taking a teaching job during the spring of 2017. She originally came to PBA in the summer of 2015. Prior to coming to PBA she worked as a teacher at West Boca Raton Community H.S., teaching health and also serving as the athletic trainer for the Bulls. Before her time at West Boca, she was at Dr. Phillips H.S. in Orlando and also at Ave Maria University. Outside of collegiate athletics she spent time at Select Physical Therapy in Lake Buena Vista.
She's a 2011 alum of PBA, earning a bachelor's of science in athletic training. Menard went on to earn a master's in exercise science from California University of Pennsylvania in 2013.
